Your sample is processed, started the day it arrives. There is no such thing as five business days here at KML. Pathogen testing is usually done in three days and yeast and mould are five days. KML notifies your company if we find ay adverse results and begin confirmation process immediately. This is to insure your company is fully involved throughout the whole process. We are continuing development of automated document control and reporting systems, and we have a Software Development Manager who has the sole responsibility of working with the staff to develop automated programs. We have created an automated sample submission program as an additional time-saving device for the laboratory and our clients. |
